Nameplates
and Labels
The same high standards are observed with our nameplate
manufacturing and labeling as with our other technical skills.
All materials purchased are certified and conform to customer
requirements. We manufacture nameplates through the utilization
of screen printing, chemical and electro-chemical etching,
sub-surface anodizing, and machine engraving. We also fabricate
nameplates in accordance with military specifications: GG-P-455,
Mil-P-19834, Mil-P-15024.
Die-Cutting / Gasketing
MGI utilizes laser-generated steel rule dies. We work with
a variety of materials that include RFI/EMI suppressants,
aluminum, rubber, mylar, foil and various dialectics such
as epoxy glass, Kapton film, and other high temperature
insulators. Our precision die-cutting equipment assures
gaskets and die cuts that are held to the tightest tolerances.
RFI / EMI Shielding
MGI has technical expertise in the fabrication of suppressant
materials into defined components. Our meticulous craftsmanship
attests to our knowledge of RFI/EMI requirements. Among
the materials we work with are neoprene, silicone rubber,
aluminum honey-comb, oriented wire, expanded monel, and
mu metal.
Bonding / Electro-Mechanical Assembly
Our in-house bonding, laminating, and electro-mechanical
assembly facilities are of the highest caliber. We use Mil-Spec
adhesives and primers that are certified and traceable to
the source of manufacture. Our Bonding and mechanical assembly
department join components used in the medical, aviation,
marine, and ground equipment industries. |
