Quality assurance is the cornerstone of MGI's manufacturing process. Utilizing the latest direct computer controlled (DCC) coordinate measuring machine (CMM), we are able to consistently analyze and adjust our manufacturing process.

We are able to minimize time between programming and production by using our unique quality "CAM" (Silma) software. This enables us to utilize in-house, or customer supplied CAD (Pro/E, SDRC, CATIA, IGES, DXF...) files to generate NC code for our direct computer controlled CMM.

To ensure consistent quality, we employ SPC using conventional and hand held data collectors. This allows MGI to implement our "Continuous Process Improvements" through data collection/correction at each production work center.
